When it comes to German food, the image of hams and sausages is strong in Japan, and it tends to seem like a food culture that is far behind that of neighboring countries. A dish that Germans now love to eat from the nostalgic dishes that are being forgotten. We offer a wide range of foreign dishes, including new dishes devised in German style. Our company (Traube Co., Ltd.) was established with the goal of introducing the true food culture of Germany's ancient and modern east and west to Japanese people. We look forward to your continued support in the future.
